Delivery
The shopping basket will calculate a delivery cost and estimated delivery date for your whole order. This is based on the size and weight of the items being ordered, where you live and what type of service you require. On the product pages a delivery cost is also displayed; please note however, this is based on just buying that item on its own. If you are planning to buy more items, the shopping basket will give you the more accurate combined cost for everything in your order.
For UK deliveries, my standard delivery option is Royal Mail 2nd class. There are upgrades available for Royal Mail First Class and a fully tracked premium option sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or some other suitable next-day courier. The website will provide an estimated delivery date based on the time it takes me to process your order and the speed of the delivery service you have selected.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or a suitable international courier. You must select your delivery country in the Shopping basket to see the delivery cost, delivery services available, and the estimated delivery date for your country. Not all delivery services are available to all countries. Once you have selected a delivery country in the shopping basket, the delivery costs on product pages will be updated to reflect the delivery destination.
The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. During busy periods or due to any other reason that is outside of my control, the delivery may take longer than expected. Please ensure you order in plenty of time.
Returns
You may return purchased items (for any reason), subject to the following conditions, up to 14 days after receiving delivery.
- The item must be received unused, in a resaleable condition and complete with all the original packaging, components and accessories.
- Only standard un-personalised items may be returned. Please check your order for personalised items carefully before completing purchase.
- Large quantity orders that have been made-to-order are non-returnable.
- The original delivery charge and return postage costs will not be refunded.
If the item is faulty, not as described or I sent you the wrong item by mistake, the return postage cost will be reimbursed once the item has been received. Please use an appropriate standard delivery service to return the item. If you use an unnecessary premium delivery service to return the item, only part of that cost will be reimbursed.
